The original Lone Peak lock on pannier hooks. Lone Peak was the original user of lock on pannier hooks. We have molded our own custom hooks with a simple to use thumb hooks that secures a pannier to any rack. Currently in 8 mm and 10 mm sizes. A set of 4 hooks comes with the stainless steel hardware to secure it to you pannier.
