Lone Peak Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of your Lone Peak Pack, you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.

Any shipping fees are not refundable. If a product has been used or modified, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for returned items which are not in saleable condition.

2. You are responsible for return shipping and customs fees (if applicable).Upon reception, our staff will initiate a refund via your payment method, which can take up to 15 business days to appear on your bank statement.
